Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lorenova purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
- You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bespoke / custom-made pieces — items made to your specific requirements cannot be returned.
- Sale or clearance items — unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at hello@lorenova.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we confirm the return.
- Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong items: We will cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
