Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
- We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our trusted logistics partners.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Handcrafted and bespoke pieces may require 3–7 business days for preparation before dispatch.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our logistics partner's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. If you are located outside India and wish to purchase a Lorenova piece, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- For lost shipments, we will initiate a trace with our courier partner and resolve the matter within 7–10 business days.
